I have always had an interest in nutrition and I also have a background in Exercise Science, so I love combining the two.  A healthy lifestyle includes both eating right and getting enough physical activity.  It’s important to remember that getting more physical activity can be a simple as taking your dog for a walk or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.  What is one thing that you can do to improve your physical activity?
